Meeting called to Order: 7:13PM

Present: Muirrenn, Kol, Illaria, Giles, Lady Ariana, Lady Liuete, Lady Seraphina

Officer’s Reports:

Seneschal: Lady Seraphina - She has received some donations from the arts auction from Lady Abbey of Caithness, and she sent in the CP announcement for anniversary with the updated archery info.

Arts and Sciences: Lady Liuete - Alvar cannot come tonight, he as nothing to report.
-she took a poll on the internet about what arts and sciences classes people want for next quarter, and 3-4 people wanted Garb 101, 2 wanted a cloak workshop, and 2 others suggested new ones. We'll have to talk about it more.

Exchequer: Lady Ariana - Nothing to report.

Chatelaine: Muirrenn - Sherief will also not be here, he has no report
-The demo went well, we got 5 people added to the college list, and handed out a whole bunch of fliers. I will send a welcome email out to them. It was really having so many people come out.

Web Chronicler: Kol - He added the new people to the webpage.

New Business:

• Lady Ariana - It is customary to comp Their Excellencies for the site fee and the revel. Are we going to?
  -unanimously yes
  -It is also customary to feed Their Excellencies lunch at tournies. St. Artemas hasn't historicall done this, but it might be nice if we did. We might be too busy to do so though, so maybe we could ask the Caithness' to do a dutch oven cooking day, and feed them from there, and we could repay them for supplies.
  -it was suggested that perhaps blackened pot could do this if they don't want to.
  -it was discussed and decided that Lady Ariana would ask the Caithness' if they are willing to do this

Old Business:

• Lady Liuete- We are still planning the feast, but do not have a finalized menu yet. Is it possible to get funds advanced to us before we shop for the food?
  -Lady Ariana affirmed this is possible
  -Kol motions for $150 to be advanced to Muirrenn to buy feast supplies
  -Lady Liuete seconds
  -the motion passed unanimously
• Muirrenn - I have a few things for gate. The one thing I will need a lot of help with for gate is assembling the tokens. Since Artemas as a whole volunteered to do gate, and there hasn't been a whole lot of support from the college, I am hoping the college can volunteer to assemble the tokens. The other thing I may need help with is the gate flier, which Lady Ariana has agreed to do, and I still need people to be shift leaders. I will be sending out emails with more info later.

  For Anniversary

• Kol - Torin gave him the tokens, 150 stamped and 50 blank, and Muirrenn has the beads
  -Ariana will get the ribbon so we can assemble them
• Muirrenn - I will get the waivers and info fliers made, as well as make fliers to be posted around campus just before the event, but I will need help posting those.
  -there was discussion about the logistics of who is doing what during the event, and it was decided that Lady Seraphina will run the hunkerhausen event, and Lady Ariana will help decorate the feast hall.
  -Lady Seraphina will figure out what we need to do for prizes for the childrens activities, and will send an email to the list about people bringing their silk banners to the event to decorate the hall and bring donations for the auction.
• Lady Ariana - We discussed the auction earlier today, and decided to just make things simpler, Alvar will be the auctionneer, and Lord Ruslan has volunteered to be our Vanna.
