Stained Glass
Lon will be holding stained glass workshops on both Saturday May 10th, and Sunday May 18th. The bamboo room has been reserved for both those days from noon to 9pm. There will be a small materials fee.
Potrero War
So far we only have six people signed up for land allocation. We need ten or else we won’t have land. We should have more people allocating soon, and anyone who thinks they might go should also sign up for land allocation, even if they’re not certain yet. We also need people to volunteer so as to raise funds for the college. It doesn’t take much time and isn’t very difficult. Anyone camping with the college also needs to decide whether they want the food to be communal, or if they’d like to have some type of hotdog party or whatnot.
Sungod Festival
Sungod is being held on Friday, May 16th. AS is running it differently this time, so we will have a booth from noon until 5pm. I believe it will be in the RIMAC field; I’ll have more info when I attend the meeting this Wednesday. We only have a 10’ x 10’ space, so we won’t be able to hold fights, however we will have plenty of room to show off crafts and stuff. The fee for the booth was $85, along with a $30 late fee because AS is stupid and I didn’t get the e-mail until after the applications were due. I really need people to help set-up and run the booth as I have two quizzes that day x_x Elena and Taylor will be there the whole time, along with Eirikr(most likely).
Pop-up Purchasing
It was mentioned that we are considering buying a pop-up and some extra chairs, though not much of this was discussed.
Future Baron and Baroness
Also, the Baron and Baroness, David and Adelicia, would like people to send them e-mails with comments about the future Baron and Baroness. Please oblige.
