Meeting called to Order: 7:12 PM

Officer’s Reports:

Seneschal: The pre-registration date for Great Western as passed. UCSD open house is coming up on October 9, the same day as Leif Eriksen, and the lady in charge of open house has asked Lady Liuete if we can perform. Lady liuete would like to see us dance, fight, and talk about what we do. We decided that Lady Seraphina, as Arts and Sciences officer will be in charge of the dance portion, and if she is unwilling, Lady Ariana will fill in. The performance will take place between 9 and 9:30, so that is before the event will have started. Lady Liuete reminded everyone that there is a Coathardie workshop occurring Monday, 9/16 if anyone is interested in attending.

Arts and Sciences: Lady Seraphina was absent from the meeting; her report was read by Lady Liuete: She has emailed Eridona again about organizing the silk banner workshop. There is still no date set as of now. She does not know if we need to get the silk beforehand, and if so, from where. She urged everyone to go to collegium and that Penthalon is sometime in the end of March. She listed off the events that were coming up, and noted that she has been very busy playing Asheron’s Call. We need to set a date for the silk banner workshop, which will be more difficult now that school has started.

Herald: Lord Kean is currently at the Kingdom Heraldry Meeting. He checked and an infinity symbol is not period. He is still planning on stepping down in November.

Chatelaine: Receipts were turned in for loaner garb that was purchased at Potrero. There is still $60 dollars left in the budget for getting new loaner garb. Muirrenn has arranged for Sherry to make 2 pairs of new loaner pants to replace the dress that she is keeping. Muirrenn found some loaner garb that had been misplaced. She is planning on completing the shopping for loaner garb at Great Western War, and what money is not spend on garb there, she will spend on fabric and make garb.

Web Chronicler: the Web page is fine.

Exchequer: The receipts will be turned in at council. We have money coming from war, however the barony has not yet calculated the amount. Lady Ariana reminded everyone to volunteer at Great Western so we will get money from that too. She is planning on running a tunic workshop sometime in the near future.

Constable: Shereif constabled at war and enjoyed it very much. He is planning on constabling again at Great Western, and encouraged everyone else to do so as well.
