Meeting called to Order: 7:05PM

Present: Lady Seraphina, Lady Ariana, Lord Kean, Kol, Lady Muirrenn, Lady Liuete, Lord Andreu, Viviane, Sherief, Lord Torrin, THL John, Dorian

******Lady Seraphina needs to turn in "doomsday" reports to the powers that be, so could each officer please write up at least one complete sentence and turn it in to her ASAP!!!******

Officer’s Reports:

Seneschal: Lady Seraphina - She's not technically seneschal yet, and is open for any ideas about how to kill Lady Liuete at Winter Arts.
-Lady Liuete - suggests doing a play, since they are often short on entertainment at Winter Arts; Alvar has volunteered to write/direct/act in it.
-Lady Ariana - informs us that she had a dream in which we killed Lady Liuete while playing hopscotch up the court aisle… I think we'll stick with the first idea

Arts and Sciences: Lady Liuete: The silk banner workshop went well. Six people finished their banners. We bought the poles today, they will be fourteen dollars each. The tunic workshop turned out very badly. Only 2 out of 6 people signed up. This lack of communication is a big problem. If people aren't going to show up, they need to tell us that in advance. Lady Ariana- (Tunic W.S.) - If people aren't going to show, we need to be informed. Had she known only 2 people were going to be there, we would have rescheduled. Additionally, there was a waiting, and if she had known beforehand, she could have had other people come. There was an enormous problem with our room reservations. When we arrived, there were people in our room that had been moved there by the craft center, and refused to move. We had the UCSD staff come try to move them, they refused. We moved upstairs into the Eucalyptus room. After an hour or so, other people came saying that they had the room. We moved to Lady Ariana's house.

Lady Liuete is thinking about doing a skirts/pants workshop, however, if people sign up, they need to come or call. Are there any ideas about how to enforce that?

We've had 2 workshops this quarter, so that is probably enough. For next quarter are there any ideas?

Herald: Alvar (given by Liuete) - He got a pic-dic (pictorial dictionary) from Eridana; it cost $10.00, as agreed upon last meeting. He will be going to kingdom Heraldry meetings, provided that he can get a ride with someone. He is ready to start consulting.
Lord Kean - "you can't make me give a report! Oh, wait…" Congratulations to everyone who got awards at Baronial anniversary! insert:(AOA's: Lord Connal, Lady Agnessa, Lady Roxanne, Lady Muirrenn; Argent Arrows: Lord Andreu, Sean O'Donovan, Lord Torrin; Chiron: THL John, who also became Mistress Eilibh's Liege Man [for all you fighter's out there, he is now basically squired to Mistress Eilibh, who is a pelican])end insert. Saint Artemas did really well!

Chatelaine: Lady Muirrenn- the loaner garb is doing fine, Lady Liuete donated one more tunic. I'm still trying to get the dress back from Sherry. There were five new people at anniversary, yay! Hopefully they will keep coming back. We also got a lot of the new people, and a lot of the shinai people added to the college list.

Web Chronicler: the Web page is fine.

Exchequer: Lady Ariana - We have something upwards of $2,000, but she is not sure of the exact dollar amount. She is not sure how much we have made from volunteering at individual wars but she can find out from Richenda at council.

Constable: Sherief - There hasn't been anything to report. He received a hat for the college lost and found from Muirrenn. It should be passed along to Felix.

Web Chronicler Kol - the web site exists. I now know how to add people, so I will probably put a link on the web so people can email me directly about being added.

Captain of Archers: THL John - LOTS of people have been coming to archery practice. There have been between 12 and 17 people there on average. The archery club is entitled to $200 dollars worth of UCSD rec. club money, how should we spend it? We need to have a fletching workshop to make arrows for the club, and it would be appropriate to spend the money on a new jig to make the arrows on. Additionally, any help making the arrows would be appropriate. If people want to fletch their own arrows, they can do so. Donations are still coming in fairly often.

New Business:
